Any suggestion for a PCIe USB3 card that has OOB Windows10 support?

There's no guarantee that comes with this statement but Windows 10 has native drivers for most hardware that is only a few years old. At least hardware that used popular chipsets. I would google the model number of any PCIe cards you may be looking at and ask the question, "Is such an such model PCI3 USB 3.0 adapter Windows 10 compatible?" Just because it doesn't say it is in the ebay description doesn't mean it isn't.
