After my GPU was cooking while the first benchmark, i decided to solve this issue.

After that, i'm very happy with the temps now :)

CPU 32°C / 58°C [ idle / load ]
GPU 38°C / 68°C [ idle / load ]

Intel i3 7100
Asus RX 470 Strix, 1300MHz @ 1,020V / 1750 MHz @ 1,0V
Kingston HyperX 2x4 GB
Noctua NH-U12S
2x Blacknoise eloop in the top with dust filter
Corsair SF450 with customized cables

I don't usually like the look of the Noctuas, but they work really well in this build.

Nice job, it's a very clean looking little unit.
 
You are right with the Noctua fans. Maybe, i replace them to realize the black / white theme.
The two eLoop fans in the top do a great job, but they are not as good as the Noctua NF-S12 as a case fan.
