Are you looking for suggestions on a waterblock for a specific card or are you looking for a brand/card reccomendation that you can easily find a waterblock for?

An FE card will be the easiest to find a block for. You could also consider waiting for a company like EVGA or MSI to come out with a card that has a block pre installed.

Other than that check out EKWB site here to see what cards they have blocks for. My personal preference is EVGA or Gigabyte
