these are my specs:

Mobo:Asrock 970a-g/3.1
Cpu:Amd fx-6300
Cooler: Hyper T4
Ram: 2x4GB DDR3 1333mhz
PSU: Corsair CW-500 80 Plus Bronze

i want to use all the potentical i can use on my RAM and CPU without pass 60c~65c on my cpu..
i have already disabled Turbo Core and APM, any tips for this mobo? ;-;
 
You should be able to get up around 4.5 GHz I would think or close depends on the CPU really. Some need more voltage than others. Have a read through the Link in my sig for FX overclocking
 
This particular motherboard has a fair amount of Vdroop, so be ready for than when you start overclocking. The chipset on the board also does not like it if you attempt to push past 5Ghz, Also is a bit buggy sometimes when tampering with RAM timings.

One final note, any bugs or issues you experience with this board whilst overclocking are there for good. AsRock has not updated the BIOS on this board since release nor do they plan too.
