I stopped worrying about that the day I got my router. Also go to www.dslreports.com and do test on your network for free.

Bah! All I run is Norton, and that's cuz I got sick of my friends visiting my website and trying to infect it w/ Nimda (I solved that problem, however, w/ some patches from MS) unawares. I lock my box down pretty tight. I'm not saying it's the best, but it is pretty f*cking good, IMO.

I'd say my computers about as secure as it can get. Everything runs through a firewall in my router. In case they get through that, it also has to make it through ZoneAlarm. If, in some freak incident, Something I don't want on my computer gets there, ZoneAlarm keeps it from sending any information through the internet, pc-cillin checks for virii, and Ad-Aware and registry cleaner keep stuff I don't want off.
