DirecPC 3.0 Users, XP version out

This is just to let all you users of the DirecPC Version 3 satellite systems that 3.0.1 is out, supporting Windows XP. Note that it ONLY supports XP, it cannot be installed on any other OS. This fixes random crashed experienced by some, and meets compatibility requirements set forth by Microsoft. There is No New Fuctionality in this version.
