In order to share an internet connection it will need to be able to assign IP addresses to any PCs using it (DHCP server). The uplink is what your broadband modem connects to supply the connection to the internet (this should be there as there is no reason for a WAP without one).

I'd say the one in your post will work perfectly fine.
 
Thanks, I thought so but dont have much experience with networking. Do a lot of workstation configuring, but have a real limited feel of neworking as a whole. Thanks again.
