Coolchips- Looking for more info

What the hell are these things? How do they work? I couldn't find any good information on their website. Anyone know when these things will be on sale, and how much they will cost?

I have been watching these guys for awhile and imho they are more concerned about their share (COLCF pink sheets) value more than producing a working model for the consumer or manufacturers to buy. I tried very hard to buy a sample to send to Joe, initially they were enthusiastic, then they just stopped responding, leading me to my thoughts above.

Although they excell at promoting themselves, as i;ve recieved dozens of email press releases, I have yet to see the product implemented.
