I am going to buy a processor.

I was thinking for getting a Celeron 1.2 Ghz and then overclock it

but now with the new stepping, should I wait for it?

is it possible that the new stepping will overclock better?

all cpu's with the new stepping has a voltage of 1.5

and those capacitors will change too.

but I was also thinking with the new stepping, could Intel change something in the cpu so that you the cpu mod doesn't work anymore .

because my bord is a VP6 with a via chipset so I need to do the cpu mod for letting it work.
