i just got a good deal at staples. basically its a hub, 2 networks cards and cabling for 15 bux. But it did nto have any detailed technical instructions so i was wondering what the 'uplink/normal' means on the hub (its not a router) and ther is a L.E.D that says 'col' and it goes one everytime i think that the the hub is at its fullest speed. what does it mean? Also is there anyway to make it a 100mbps? cuz its a 10mbps.

thanks,
adam
