I found that my max OC for the processor I have is a 241MHz FSB, and I was wondering what I would need to do to make it go higher. I see some people getting 275+MHz FSB with Northwoods? What would I have to do to get a higher FSB? Would buying a new processor help? Or would that do relatively nothing? I saw someone get a 275MHz FSB on the AI7 so I assume it's not my board holding me back and to find my highest OC, I used the 3:2 divider so I knew it wasn't my RAM. Thankss.

Power supplies can hold you back. Depending on how accurate your rails are. Check in MBM5 or something and see how close they all are.

It all depends on your ram, board, PSU, and if your chip is good overclocker or not. Your cooling and the voltage make a difference too. I am running my 2.4C at 285 FSB with 1.725 set in the bios which droops down to 1.65 or so while folding. My PC4200 ram is 1:1 with the FSB at 3,4,4,8 timings. If I do the droop mod I will have more stable voltage when clocking higher so I can get more out of it and when I volt mod the ram again I am sure I can take it higher.
