1/2 size PCI video cards?

I'm in the process of re-conditioning a Gateway E-2000 SFF PC for my sister-in-law and her husband. I've already bumped up the measley 128MB of RAM and was looking to upgrade the on-board video. Anyone have any ideas as to where I could buy 1/2 size pci/agp video cards.

What all do you need out of it?

This card is by no means fast, but has TV out, and will free up some system ram. It also has DX9 support, which might be important later on with Vista.

This one is a little cheaper, but I don't know whether or not it has the low profile bracket:

don't need much out of it but thought it might be an improvement and let my B-in-law play at least last generation games (he's mostly a console guy but thought this might be nice)

Thanks

MWave has a 9200SE for $15.00 plus shipping, nice fast card for some of the older games and blazing for 2D stuff, movies etc.

Is this similiar to a half-size PCI-express video card? If so what are some good ones.

I have a low profile Geforce FX 5200.

Barely adequate, but runs older 3d stuff fine, and overclocks like crazy.

PCI.

Want it?
