~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Again, Thanks for taking the time to allow me to interview you.
When did you join the Team? Approximate date is ok if you don't know the specific date.
March of this year
If there was something recent that you did that you wanted your fellow teammembers to know about, what would it be?
Just got a new job delievering pizzas, making some good tips. Maybe I'll be able to upgrade to a nice non-prescott based system
What is your EOC (extremeoverclockers) stats link?
Vipersfate
You do not have to give specifics (address), but what State do you live in, and if you don't mind telling, what town? (town is not required, but if not a town, a general direction and distance from the nearest 'big town/city' would suffice)
Saint John, Indiana
How did you initially hear about F@H?
Of course, browsing the OC forums!
After starting, why do you continue to Fold?
For myself and my parents (all smoking), and most recently, my mom, who was diagnosed with Uterine Cancer. Love ya mom!
What do you do for a living?
Deliver Pizzas, and Student at Devry University
What do you do for fun?
Drive, mix trance music, screw around at the pool hall
Is there anything special you do in your spare time that you really enjoy?
Gaming, definately. Xbox Live Gamertag VainMass.
Time to spill your guts. What are the stats of your main folding rig? Why is it your fave? What all do you use the rig for?
My main rig is The Pentium 4 Prescott 3.0Ghz, 1GB Dual Channel PC2700 (4x256) Nvidia 6600GT AGP, ThermalTake 480W, Asus P4S800D-X. I game with it, browse the net. Had OSx86 on it for a bit.
Do you have a Borg-Farm? If so, how many computers, and what are they? (CPU, RAM)
Right now, I have only my friends Mac, MY moms celery, and my rig borged at this time. I plan on having a farm soon!
What are your future goals? What do you most want to accomplish with your life?
To be in the Navy as an officer, and hopefully be a Captain. Live in Japan! and find someone to be with!
If there is something you want to tell the team, then spill your guts! What have I missed in my questions that could help the team learn more about you and who you are?
I'm an average joe, with an my car my computer, and my mind, I can do anything I want.
Vipersfate also included some pics for our enjoyment too!
w00t. Indiana. Grew up there for my first 19 years. What county is St. Johns in? Cause there was a little section down the road from me that was called "St. Johns", think it used to be something years ago....
Nice to meet you!
About a year ago I met a guy who had just moved down here from Toronto. He was into trance and he said something about glowsticks. I asked him what those were and he looked at me like I had just asked who the president is (this is before he realized nobody else in the state of south carolina did either ) So he told me to get out from under my rock and gave me all his trance music and I really like it now. I didn't have as much of an effect on him, except for laughing everytime he said "eh?" which eventually eliminated it from his vocabulary
Since the interview with landshark, my mom had the hysterectomy, and she's back at work. She's doing great.
The naval thing is still a possibilty, but I have no clue where I'm headed right now. I would love to start my own computer service business, and networking. I love working on computers, and I can't get enough of them.
I just wish I could afford to get C2D, and a few other rigs lol.
