Does anyone know when the 125watt versions of these will come out?

I really never like running 140 watt cpus and there does not to seem to be anything other then 140 watt 965's on newegg.

Many are hoping to see the C3 revision before x-mas but AMD states Q2 2010.

edit - AMD might be able to release a C2 965 125W considering their 95w 945.

As far as I know it is 4th of November, at least that's what local stores say and NDA also expires that day.

Thanks guys.... time to wait. I just snagged a free 4890 and 8gb of ram and I like the lower xxxw boards * not sure why really.*

Lol a friend picked up new parts but never checked his mobo and they never worked. He said screw it im never going for ati again and gave me the stuff.

Yep lol. I bought a box of about 150 sticks of used ram resold them as used *tested first* And got some money for my other systems plus the free 4890 im going to try to get a super system setup. Plus the 125w would be better for my board since the new one I got is rated 140w but is known to be unstable at slightly less then that. makes no sense to me but ohwell.

That's the NDA date for C3 stepping. It was delayed a bit.

^ Officially (don't know about online rumors), the date for C3 release was with Rana and 'e' class 45nm, originally. The slight [late] delay pushed the C3 back to the Nov. date you now know.
