So I just finished putting together my computer, checked every connection, and I soon as I go to power it up the first time it turns on for a split second then turns off. Then it will continue to do this until I turn off the power supply. I tried googling the problem and it said to remove all peripherals, which I did. After doing that and trying to turn it on, it turns on for a split second again and make a loud screeching sound, then turns off. Again, it repeats this until I turn off the power supply.

Parts are in sig... I have no clue what to do

Could you test the PSU by itself? Using a wire or paperclip to short the green wire on ATX connector with any black one and see if the PSU turns on as normal.

Try pulling everything out of the case and connect everything to determine if there is some electrical short in the case.
