Building HTPC for DVR only with HDHomerun

Wanting to get rid of my directv and just go with clearQAM + antenna.

I am planning on buying 2 HDHomerun devices so I can have up to 4 channels.

My next problem is Ive researched for awhile now and cant decide what to do.

I had in mind an mITX case and then an AMD E-350 mb/cpu combo like: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...%20E-350%20APU

All I need is hdmi out and to make sure it'll process 5.1 through the hdmi out.

Some places I read the E-350 works just fine and then others say it doesnt. I looked into going to something bigger but im just not sure. Basically all the HTPC will be is a DVR. Im going to be building 2 of them.

Thoughts and advice please?

I have no problems watching 1080p with my E 350 based HTPC.
