Need help tweaking clock ratios and voltages

I don't even want to know how many of the threads have been created, but I would like some help with this before I get too impatient and screw up my pc.

I took my pc into the shop where I bought all the components to put it together, and this guy I started talking to must have spent less than one minute changing the settings on the clock ratios and voltages. Relatively speaking the system was blazing from the boot to shutdown and went from 4.1 to 4.5 and completely stable without getting hot. I lost my system setting up my duel raid setup, thought I remembered the settings, and saw the blue screen half a dozen times in the process.

As far as I can tell, he set the clock ratio to 41, and the voltage to about 1020 and then hit the red button.

I tried to do the same and got a completely unstable system till I set it all back to stock and just used Easy Tune twin turbo to get it to 4.1. I think that given the right settings I can accomplish the same thing with Easy Tune, and this is what I am working with.

If you can get me back on track I would be more than grateful. Just for the record I have this setup to help me monitor load, frequency and temps.

This is the Touch bios that we both used to make the changes to the system.

This is stock. Edit: clock control was disabled with stock settings.

This is where I put the settings.

Sorry. I use my TV (40HD) for a monitor and didn't realize that it was hard to read. I'll fix it and thanks to both for the heads up.

I totally missed the signature. I'm that smooth.

I'd be pretty surprised if 1.05vcore was enough for a 2500 at that speed. Try 1.25 and see how that goes.
2500 or 2500k?

2500k. I'll give it a shot. The thing is that when the guy at the shop change the settings the scaling was different on the "push button" overclocking. I can't figure out what the difference is in settings unless it is what you just mentioned.

This is where I'm at currently in the middle of a burn test. I thought the part circled in red might be of interest, but wasn't sure.

Again, the quick boost option is not reflecting any changes. I don't mind doing it the long way, but I also don't wanting the pc to be running at full tilt when I'm not using it either. I had went up 1 on each of the clock speeds as well.

What's confusing to me anyway is the fact that you're posting pic's of both ET6 and Touch BIOS, seemingly determined to overclock from within the GUI. My suggestion would be to overclock from within the EFI BIOS, and instead use this template for the Z68 series to list your current settings. Also post the EXACT model of RAM installed (including quantity), showing the rated timings and voltage at the modules rated DDR3-1333.

Sorry about the confusion. Initially I got irritated and uninstalled the touch bios so it would be harder for me to jack with. I reinstalled it to show the process of how it was initially overclocked, and almost immediately started jacking with it again I was trying to compensate for this by showing the changes I had made to prevent confusion LOL. How do you use the template?

The template is a way to make it easier to remember your BIOS settings between here and there and here again.

We still need to know exactly what ram you have to advise you on that front.

Do you know how to overclock in Bios?

If you do you need to go to the dynamic vcore and increase the voltage to +0.050 and enable LLC 4.6GHz

I'm not sure what your asking for memory wise, so I'll just take a look at the label when I get home. All I know at the moment is that it is DDR3 1333. I even called the shop where I bought it and they didn't know what info you would be asking for. I'll post the label in about an hour. I'm still fuzzy on how to use that template as well...

I can do that and will in about an hour when I get to the house.

Sorry. I lost power and it screwed up my pc royally. I couldn't even recover because I was getting the blue screen even there. I'm still putting my system back together, but I'm unclear of what is going on with it because it is back at 4.47 GHZ and stable, and I haven't even bothered with the overclocking settings. It is just running hotter than I like (60 ish on the low in while doing software installations).

I was wrong about the temp. It is running 60ish degrees C from max temp, not 60 C
