Reservoir always half filled, need some help

Hi all
So, as the title says, after my recent clean up it seems that my reservoir does not like the idea of being fully filled. For some strange reason is always half filled and stays that way no matter how much water i add.

Im using a Koolance rp 452 x 2 in serial mode. My thoughts are that i am having a leak somewhere or that air is still in the loop. However im running the system like this for more than 3 weeks so there shouldnt be any air in it. Also my CPU is idling @ 47 C right now, room temp is 29 C. Is this normal? Its a phenom 2x6 1100t running at 4100/1.46v. Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like you have air trapped in your rad. Have you bled your system properly? Tilting it in all directions while topping the res? With what you're saying, it would seem too significant of a leak for you not to notice any water in your case/on your components.

Could be air yes, although ive tried to bleed several times during me refills. I will to bleed it again. What other method can i use tho except the standard tilting to all direction thing?

None that I'm aware of. The best method I've always seen is to make sure the barbs are pointed up so that the air escapes naturally. I'd tilt the case so that the out port of the radiator is above the in port and at the top of the radiator. Might get tricky if it's a top mounted rad with the barbs facing down, but it can be done.

Tilting and tapping on the rad side dislodges bubbles. Pinching a hose so flow stops for a second can dislodge the bubbles. Don't worry won't hurt the pump etc.

29C is pretty high ambients, you got plenty of rad. Is that a big OC and voltage for that chip?

Well 4100 hz is the usual OC for this chip. It can go higher but it depends on the chip and you have to raise the voltage a lot. There are people tho that run the chip @ 4100 with 1.55V so my voltage is not that high. Thing is when i run Linx and the chip is pressed to max im topping at 57C which is in the normal range. The idle temperature tho seems a bit high to me. Please note, im refilling the reservoir every 3 days and it still runs half filled the next morning. Isnt this a bit strange?

You have a leak............ Or the bubbles are slowly working themselves out.
