Any recommendation on 140mm Fans

yeah, aware of that..
but when I put my meter on the Bblaster 140mm fan, it just recorded that wattage. it is possible that there's a split second of larger wattage required, but even without, I think the fan can get up to speed.

True, but my main concern is that large wattage spike that happens once your comp turns on. I would like to avoid any malfunctions to my PSU and fan controller.

might want to check out the bitfenix spectre pro fans. i filled my entire case with them after trying one out,there dead silent and have good static pressure for there speed,even used a set on my h100 and work great.
