CM1630+Cooling?

I have a CM1630 desktop that I bought last year, and I need help keeping it cool. For the most part, my temps look like they do in the screen shot attached. I want them cooler, mainly the CPU and MB. Any suggestions? System specs are in my sig.

I should add that those temps are while Firefox, SpeedFan and a few background apps are running.
