You should define the terms you use to rank these. Design? Performance? Quality? Performance is really the only one I am confident I know what you are referring to.

Design being aesthetics, quality being the quality of the materials used with the block, and performance being performance.

Everybody quit taking the survey so that I can win. Now that DD is out of business, EK are the only blocks I use. XSPC is my favorite for rads....sorry. The only things is with the rads now, they give you crappy looking rusty screws. I actually had to buy them separately because they look so bad.
 
Cool Survey.. I like their GPU Water Blocks too :D
