here's my solution for people who don't know the difference between IE & FF, i first did this for my dad (he said he was going to use FF but he just kept clicking the button for IE) first go into the properties for all the FF links that person is likely to use and change the name to "Internet Explorer", secondly change the FF icon to the IE icon (C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe is the dir it's in).

although for some people it might just be easier just to hide all the IE icons...

He knows how to use FF, and he likes it, but my guess is he will stop using it now :(

Seems im an idiot then... Norton is actually better according to that chart :( ehhh, im a previous Norton A/V user myself and switching to AVG proved a good thing to me :(

Well, i guess because AVG is free it is better then Norton, but i still think my friend would only need a free A/V. Showing that chart would make me look like a fool, so i think i'll just tell him i couldnt find it :D

I recommend Avast, if AVG is missing viruses.

Why, is there something that the tests from overclockers front page missed when they showed Avast scoring toward the bottom of the list?

AntiVir is at the top. AntiVir is also free. So their tests showed it to be superior plus on top of that, I'm telling you it's the ONLY one that found viruses others missed on my system.
