Fan holes. Not quite as big as the fan blowing throughit. Help!

Rough it out with the cutting disk and smooth it up with the grinding wheel.

Heres one I did.

Took a while to get it like I wanted it, but I think easier than a jigsaw.
 
I used to use jigsaw and/or tin snips... but tinsnips bend the metal too much and the jigsaw is not a good tool for thin aluminum.

Hole saw followed by filing/sanding.

If you do it enough to learn how to just do it with a dremel/cutting wheel, you could have saved a ton of time just getting a hole saw for 20 bucks :)
