Yep, the 4K Lenovo in that sale was a wake-up call for me...I didn't realize that companies were producing 4K screens that small.

I want to haz a 24" 4K monitor NAO.
 
I know absolutely nothing about ssd brand. That a model to avoid?

But also looks like you can get a good deal on borderlands 1 and 2.

It's a model to buy just to burn it and save someone the trouble of having it.

Pretty weak sale though :/

To elaborate on what ATMINSIDE said, with the V300, Kingston moved to a newer NAND flash supplier, what SSDs are based around. The new stuff isn't the greatest out there, and that's putting it nicely. It's one of the reasons this specific model seems to drop into the sub $60 range every other week.

Yes, don't buy any Kingston or PNY for sure.

Known good brands are Samsung, Intel, and OCZ. OK brands are mushkin, Adata, corsair, and Crucial. I would avoid pretty much anything else.
