What temp does your chipset run at?

I have a DFI NF4 Ultra D and i just hooked it up today. I noticed right away that the heat sink for the chipset was pretty damn warm bordering on hot.

I checked the bios and it said it was running at 49C!! The back end of my 6800gt is dead center right over the fan but I don't think its blocking airflow.

Is this normal for nf4 ultra's??

Yeah mine idle's about 48-50... so your in the norm. Been lazy to take it off and put some AS5 on there, hear it drops temps on it quite a bit.

Mine runs that hot too, even after AS5 application.

Mine runs at approx 34c, I have a ton of air that is pumped in and outta my case
