Upgrading Mobo

Ok it's time for me to want to upgrade the system again. If that even makes sense, I want some input on VIA800 vs Nforce3 chipsets. I heard that the Nforce was the way to go now.

I was eyeing a Gigabyte K8N Pro

I can't find the Asus board I first looked at that had the VIA chipset instead of the nividia based chip. Any recomendations?

So no one has any experience with either of these chipsets to compare?
