Howdy Rowdies!

Well...seems my 775 board is not dead! woohoo!!! Current victim is an e6400.

Running the cpu under ss phase. So far...am able to get 3.88GHz (485x8). Get it to about 488x8 using setfsb. Anything more and it's bsod city....generally code 124 which, according to this (http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/showthread.php?t=140238) says I should "increase/decrease QPI/VTT first, if not increase/decrease vcore...have to test to see which one it is".

Am running everything at default except 8x multi, 485fsb, 1.7v vcore, 2.1v for ddr (rated voltage), VTT=1.4v, PLL=1.56v, c1/speedstep=disabled. Tried with 1.73 and 1.675 vcore as well as 1.2 and 1.5 VTT.

Any ideas?
tia!
