Need help with case painting

Hey guy, i need some help on case painting.
I just bough a Xigmatek Elysium case from Newegg

I have been removing all of the original paint from that case
What kind of paint should i use for that case, should i buy self etching prime to use at the base coat?
Ant last question, after i paint the case, how do i make the paint a mirror finish.
