Once you hit a 100 posts you can use the classifieds here. Other sites have more lax rules and you could post an add right away but that also comes with more inherent risks. There is also craigslist as well.

Every time I've checked Craigslist for computers I see junk like http://hartford.craigslist.org/sys/1149114630.html for about 3x what it's worth. Meh.

haha! What a joke! either that person is a massive con artist, doesn't know anything about PC prices or just thought it was something expensive!
