Well after some digging at intel.com I find that info :)))))
http://support.intel.com/support/processors/pentiumiii/intnotes.htm#FC-PGA2 Form Factor
That link is for thouse of your who wand to read it from the source , Like me :p here what is there

FC-PGA2 Package
The FC-PGA2 package is an FCPGA package with the addition of an integrated heat spreader
(IHS). The IHS provides improved package thermal cooling characteristics for higher speed
Pentium® III processors without having to use a larger heat sink. Besides those differences,
the installation requirements are similar to the FC-PGA Package.

That's all :))) funny huh, like E, EB, and B story. It's for the CPU not about mobo, so it's possible to put one of that Tualatin babes :) but the chipset is that make me think it wont work on BX mobo, but cmon ppl let someone try it on a BX board , the voltage is not problem for my ABIT BX133 raid .

Ummm.... and a question bout Coppermine-T and Tualatin. Isn't Tualatin the 512 version, and Coppermine-T the 256 ver - I think so. ?!!!!!

What we read here: 1.26 GHz-S, 1.20 Ghz, 1.133 GHz-S and 1.133 GHz are tA1 Stepping are they Tualatin all or just the S? Or Coppermine-T is that 1Ghz Cd0 stepping FC-PGA2 form factor with an Integrated Heat Spreader but .18 micron - I didn't think so.

Conclusion: those Intel guys are realy grazy,.... and I with them :)))
