Windows Hardware Qualification License...in other words...its certified by Microsoft to work with Win XP

So on the Hercules driver download page there is a whql driver and one that is not?

why the 2 is one beta and has more things in it?

Well, some ppl consider "non WHQL" drivers as beta, as there is usually some issues with em, thats y they havent been certified by Microsoft.
