Newegg Order Cancellation does not work

When I just got done with the order and realized I made a mistake and tried to cancel, then received a email Order Cancellation Unsuccessful.‏ I just cant believe how bad Newegg is now. The order was not packing yet.

I made an order on a Saturday, then got an email sale flyer which included one of the items I ordered at a cheaper price the next day and was able to cancel my order without a problem.

I did not, I used the cancel order function online. It did say that some orders may need to be cancelled over the phone, but about two minutes after I cancelled online, I got a confirmation email.
