help with boot disk 4 newbie

This newbie needs some serious hlep with trying to make a boot disk for XP so I can flash bios. Where do I find this info?

Umm, this should be in software and OS. Shooting it to there.

For flashing BIOS, H8 or firmware,you should be able to use any Win9x boot disk, as the instructions are not passed through the OS, just the hardware level. I have seen some firmware updates that use Linux, but normally they are on a bootable CD. XP lacks setup support from DOS but an instalation disk is here:
