Remember in a previous review I said you would see a slew of HIS GPU reviews? Are you tired of them yet? If so, too bad! I'm certainly notand today we have a R9 290 iPower IceQ X2 OC on the test bench. HIS again beefs up the reference 290 on both the hardware and with cooling sides, along with a pretty unique color scheme and look. Why was the MSI R9 290 so close in benchmarks to this dual GPU
behemoth?

I'm really surprised the peak power consumption was so low.
 
I thought it might be a 290 version of the 295x2 at first as well
but after reading the rest of the article and also seeing the pcb pictures their are no 2 gpus on this card.
