Nexus 4 in Germany/Europe

My wife and I will be traveling to Germany for 2 weeks. I'd like to get a sim with prepaid minutes and data.

What is the best option? I don't plan on using much data or talking but would like the have it available. My current provider is straight talk so I can't even do data roaming if I wanted to.
