Two RAID's on one mobo?

I working on a build and I'm trying to see if my little theory is possible.

Here's the thing, I have one standalone raid card (raid 5) for storage. But I would like to add another raid (raid 0) for my two ssd's for the OS.

So, is this possible? Can I use the mobo to handle the two ssd's while the raid card handles the hdd's?

Mobo: MSI Big Bang-XPower II
RAID Card (RAID 5 for storage): Adaptec 6405
