Weird Memory Issue? Screenshot

Good morning all,

My workstation in my sig has been demonstrating some abnormal memory (maybe) issues. When moving between windows that are minimized my chrome browser in particular does this.

The tabs/data will only appear after I move my mouse over it (see upper right black portion)

Any ideas? Everything else is running normally.

Have you tried running a memory test?

I'd lean towards a software issue. Video driver maybe?

Have you tried a different OS like a Live Linux CD? http://www.knopper.net/knoppix/index-en.html

Does this happen in IE or Firefox?
