RTFM. Dual channel requires the sticks to be placed in certain DIMM sockets, in which each motherboard / chipset differs.

You may have to enable it in BIOS.

It's possible that this SpecTek memory isn't supported for dual channel configurations: http://www.abit-usa.com/memory/
My buddy has some memory that won't run DC.
hmm... I ReadTFM (
) and it says NOTE: No hardware or BIOS setup required after adding or removing memory modules.
So I guess it's not a setup issue. Maybe try slots 2 and 4 instead of 1 and 3, but it's probably the memory.
