With this sempron, I was using AMD overdrive to take the clocks up in windows. I could post at 14x370, so i would go up from there. Setfsb would be a good option as well, but for that you need to select the correct clock generator. I couldnt find one that worked on the ud4p, so I used AOD.

How did you change the CPU multiplier from 13.5 to 14? It's not a BE processor?

Sempron 145, it defaults to 14. 150 is 14.5, 140 is 13.5 I believe.

You can use lower multipliers however. Which is useful to ensure what limit you are hitting - CPU or mobo.

Oldie that I never posted in here... It didn't get frosty until after the session when I pulled the GPU.

Yeah its quite amazing just how much The copper in the pcb's conduct, its also rather amazing how much a standard cpu socket retains heat on the backside of the chip.
