220/230V UPS?

Is there a 220/230V single phase UPS on the market that you can plug into a NEMA L6-20 outlet and has L6-20 plugs?

If not, is there a way to make one? I'm looking at the capacity to run about 2KW or so worth of PSUs in a single machine.
