Magnetic edges between screens

Hello, I have two monitors and I just reinstalled my AMD R2 270X drivers. After reboot edge between the monitors became magnetic. Basicly whenever I want to cross to another screen cursor gets stuck on the edge and cannot move there unless I move it very fast or for longer period of time (like 1 whole sec of moving mouse). I cannot find the setting for this featuer anywhere, could anyone please help me with that? It's annoying. Im used to crossing to another screen without force.

What operating system are you using? I know that Windows 8 added that "feature" around the time you made this post. It is slightly annoying sometimes.
