[EXPIRED] Sapphire 7950 and 650W PSU (crap?) for $310 new

I don't at all endorse the crazy-high price and the PSU is likely trash, but $310 (AR/coupon) for a new Sapphire 7950 is the cheapest I've seen in a while.

Not sure if the PSU is crap or not, but a rep at Microcenter said its the brand they use
