No. If you run a WMI query against your box it will tell you the L2 cache.

That's a myth among many... some third-party sources like the site you linked to have erroneously reported that modifying the SecondLevelDataCache registry entry can enhance system performance. The second level (L2) cache is recognized by the OS and is fully utilized regardless of the setting of this parameter.
