They're $248.96 with sales tax.

I wonder if this is the new standard MC price for this part or if it is just a short term price drop. :shrug: I'm still looking to find a nice clocking sample with a strong IMC.
 
Props to mxthunder...Did not think I was going to get in on the deal as they were out of stock here in Houston. Checked MicroCenter Mon-Fri with no luck. Then Saturday they had over 100 of them.

Looks like I'm going to be picking up another 3770k to see if I can get something better than my current one! :attn:

Actually I lucked out with the 3570K I got. When these were on sale on MC my local BB pricematched ;) Wish I was able to afford the 3770K at the time. Hope you get a good one :thup:

seems like a general ib/sb sale. i mean it seems like every ib/sb is cutting prices drastically. Intel gearing up for the holidays? MC trying to reduce overhead? Pricefixing? Either way the consumer wins.

Dang...prices like this make me think about selling my 56x 2600K and getting one.

But I know I'd miss being able to bench high clocks on water. Plus I'd want to delid it if I got one...and if I screwed up I'd be sol.
