suggestion for a case and power supply?

my setup's gonna be a P4 1.8a-c1 and i was wondering what power supply i should get. im not looking for a fancy one, but a VERY affordable mid-tower atx. can someone gib me a suggestion as to the case and maybe a good power supply? What's the difference between 350 and 450?

Get your self a 350W, or 400W Fortron or Sparkle, both are made by Fortron and are VERY good and VERY affordable.
