how to get windows 7 64 bit oobe

I just built a new computer I intend to sell. I installed and run into windows like normal and updated it and installed Security Essentials. Now I need to have the next boot to be an out of box experience. I've done it before but forgot how. Windows 7 64 doesn't seem to have sysprep. How do I get this thing to do oobe on next boot?
