I am confused. Is there a non sli and a sli version of the gtx 780m?

I didn't think there was a laptop with 2 780mobile graphics cards in them. Am I wrong? Can you show me an example of one with a normal 780m and one with a 780m 2XSLI? Is the regular 780m 4gigs and the sli 8gigs?

Thanks for your help

Yes there are sli setups for laptops now. Depends on the laptop though if it supports its. Like lenovo's ultrabay setup allows you to swap out whatever is in the bay (usually a dvd drive) for something else including a spare battery, hard drive or another video card. Pretty sure other companies have something similar too.

The Flagship Sager/Clevo comes with a GTX780m SLI option so they do exist.

SLI RAM is not doubled, it is ganged as whatever the capacity of each card is. (so 4gb)

All the GTX780m MXM cards should have an SLI connector, its just a matter of having a laptop with 2 bays (and bios support).
