asus bio

HELLO i'm new i'm from romania and i come here for help.I have this configuration yesterday i buy it:
intel core2duo e8400 3.0 ghz 6mb cache
asus p5k3 deluxe wifi app
4 gb ddr3 1600 mhz with cooling
sirtec 700w psu
hdd 500 gb wd 32 mb buffer 7200 rpm
Gigabyte Radeon HD 7870 OC

Today i installed windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and i was dissapointed about performance,in the past my older pc run more faster not like this.Someone tell me that the problem is in bios but i don't know what to put on disable or enable so i uploaded pictures with my bios and please tell me what to change and at overclock what to put on auto manual more voltaje or everythig like this.

Start with changing your 'Controller Mode' to SATA, providing that your HDD is SATA which it most likely is. Also check your options for PEG/PCI selection. Is there a PCI-E option?

I will put the controller mode to sata thanks
peg/pci i don't know what is that,but i have graphic card on pci-e.


Anyone else?that is all?
