not sure if you guys can see that but half of the pictures are normal while the other half is phycodelic colors

You know, even though you fixed the problem, you might have helped someone else by at least telling us all what was wrong and how you fixed it...

oh ok well what was wrong was that half of my picutes when you viewed them as a thumbnail after reinstalling XP were like phycadellic colors. i fixed this by using Powertools XP and making it so all of the thumbnails were viewd in max quality.
