Lets see:
AMD K5 (not positive on the exact clocks, but I think I ran a PR133 chip at an actual 133mhz (100 to 133): +1
Pentium 1 133 to 150: +1
K62 400 to 450: +1
PIII450 to 550ish, Tualeron 1.1a to 1.67ghz, Tualeron 1.2 to 1.5ghz and PIII600E to 888: +1
P4 1.6A to 1.9ish: +1
Duron 900 to 1ghz: +1
AXP 1800+ to 2.26ghz: +1
Motorola G4 350 to 400mhz: +1

Northbridge mods: Upgrading TIM, Adding fan: +1
Video Card cooling mod: Screwed fan into stock Rage Fury Pro heatsink, Replaced Geforce 2 Pro hsf with a hacked up PIII heatsink fan, Replaced Radeon 8500 heatsink with large P1 heatsink (used to be a passive solution) and screwed in fan, Replaced TNT Riva hsf with larger passive hs: +1
Voltage Reg cooling mod: Stuck Vreg heatsinks on various motherboards: +1

Other things I have done that don't count:
OCed Athlon 64, Added heatsinks to Southbridges and Clock generators, Put larger passive heatsink on my Xbox GPU when the fan started whining, put ramsink on Xbox southbridge (MCPX chip), fixed laptop power brick by soldering power wires directly to PCB (connector was broken), installed Celeron (PII based) into AT case.

Total of 11 for red belt, though I should have black soon when I get back home and do the VCore/Vdimm mod on my ASRock.

Red = 8 points

1Intel PII p2 233Mhz @266Mhz very unstable
2AMD Athlon Thunderbird. 1.4Ghz @ 1.5Ghz
3AMD Athlon XP 1600+ reached a max of 1850 before my motherboard/ram crapped out

4Northbridge cooling mod - pentium2 heatsink applied
5Video Card cooling mod. -1U copper hsf applied to a gf3
6Homebrew water block -I'm guessing this includes homebrew watercooling systems since this is the only reference to water cooling.
7Homebrew phase change**
8Pin mods or wire tricking -1 unlocked 1600+, 1 wire trick 2400+
9Lapping a CPU --pentium2 lapping and AS3 application.
10Case cooling mods: 172mm fan in lower front, 172mm blowhole. 120mm side panel over pci cards, cpu duct (older system), upper drive cages cut up to make room for a radiator.

Note: homebrew phase change was a terrible failure. Freezer unit was almost completely extracted and ready to build the reservoir when I bent a piece of tubing a bit too much and all of the coolant escaped. Since the freezer was free, I was out no money and claimed the project neither a failure or success.

So I lie somewhere between 9 and 10 points, which would make me a RED belt.

Hmm... Two and a half years since I first posted that. Let's see how I rank now:

11 XP Mobile 2500+ overclocked to I don't even remember what now...I think 2.8 or something.
12 Opteron 144 overclocked to 2.8 (FX57)
13 put a new HSF and ramsinks on a Gf4 ti4200
14 Flashed an x800GTO2 to x850 and overclocked to XT speeds

It looks like I have now gone well into the BLACK belt in the dojo of Ubercloxx0rs.

PII-generation Celeron 300mhz oc'ed to 500mhz
K6-2+ 500mhz to 600mhz
PIII-generation Celeron 700mhz oc'ed to 1Ghz
Celeron D (in other words, P4 generation) from 2.93Ghz to 3.25Ghz (yes, I'm too cheap to get an actual P2, P3, and P4)
Athlon XP T-bird A 1.6Ghz to 1.8Ghz
Opteron 165 1.8Ghz to 2.7Ghz
NV Silencer on 7800GT and Zalman VF900 on 7900GT
Replaced northbridge TIM with Ceramique (apparantly this counts as a mod, lol) and adding an 80mm fan blowing on it suspended by zip ties
Vmem mod on my 7900GT and soon to be vcore mod to 1.5v as well
Lapped my Opty 165 (IHS's count for this, right?)

10 points... w00t, red belt! :p

1 pt - P2 Slot
1 pt - P3 Slot
1 pt - P4
1 pt - Athlon 1000 Thunderbird, Duron 1.6

1 pt - Wire trick, used a Barton 2500 mobile in a ECS K7VTA3 mobo @ 2.0 ghz
1 pt - Installed Arctic Colinf HSF to ATI AIW 9600

Looks like 15 points for me- 22 if I count each cpu

Red belt! 11 Points total....Damn...just one point short...:bang head

1pt = MMX, 1pt = K5, 3 pt = Pin mods/wire tricking/lapping PII, PIII, and celeron, 1pt = Duron, 1pt = XP, 2pt = Apple G4 with volt mod, 1pt = video volt mod, and 1pt = Motherboard volt mod

P.S. If dual processor counts as server, then I am a black belt! Overclocked Dual G4s and PIIIs!

Alright, I am now a black belt, Vdimm mod on ASRock 939 Dual = +1
Total = 12

Not sure because the OP is so old, but do A64s count as a point?

EDIT: Do I get points for being a black belt in real life?

In addition, I just modded my Armor case. This included stripping the entire case, and cutting holes for a radiator in the bottom, cutting the back fan holes out and cutting the bottom 5.25 bay off. 9 points.

v-dimm mb mod - 1

cant take credit for psu v-mod, bought that way

14pts

guess somewhere along the road i became a blackbelt ... STILL feel like a noob

I still feel like a noob to OCing, but here's what I score,

A64 3200+ to 2.6 GHz +1
changed NB cooling (does it count if all I did was throw water cooling on it? Though then I changed it to the hr-05) +1
Video card watercooled, then to an HR-03 +1
Vreg cooling mod on mobo and VGA +1
Voltmod on the GPU +1
lapped CPU +1
E6420 to 3.3GHz +1
changed SB cooling on new board +1
Vreg cooling to mobo +1
P5K Vdroop pencil mod +1
watercooled 8800GTS 640 +1
8800GTS 640 to 702/1053 via bios flash (Vista and its damned signed drivers...)+1?

Black belt if the GPU oc counts, red if not.
Dan
